Greg (The Prodigy) Wotton is a 2 x Muay-Thai world champion. After 10 years of fighting, he is a muay-thai coach for elite athletes, and the co-founder of
High Realities, which brings the best practices of elite sports into the business world. As a leadership trainer and executive coach, he helps people get fitter, healthier and achieve their potential. Greg has a degree in sports science and sports psychology, and possesses solid knowledge in neuroscience, sleep, nutrition, strength and conditioning, burnout and motivational techniques.
