In this episode, Joanna invites us to the present moment to show up in an awareness. Through presence, we connect to ourselves, others, and the environment, allowing new possibilities to emerge. During our conversation, we touched on grounding exercises, the benefits of presence, drama, learning opportunities, and nature as a key player in developing presence. Join us in this journey to presence.
Joanna Maria Zawada
Joanna Maria Zawada is a Transformational Coach whose purpose is to connect people and organizations with their highest potential through the power of Presence. She started her coaching journey inspired by the co-active leadership of Karen and Henry Kimsey-House, the Transformative Presence approach of Alan Seal, Theory U, the dialogue initiated by scientists from MIT, and mystical spiritual paths. With all of that, Joanna has been taking various steps toward discovering awareness, presence, and dialogue. In this episode, we focus on Presence. Quoting Joseph Campbell - "in the cave, you will find your treasure" - she believes that the journey creates the hero. And invites others to travel.
